Join Our Fantastic Team!

Delivering quality childcare is based on a simple concept. It’s about understanding what parents and children want from their centre and then developing the programs and environments to meet (and exceed) their needs. At Beenleigh Early Learning, we have a unique approach we call our “WOW” factor, which refers to the “Wonders of Wildhood”. It focuses on allowing children to play in natural environments, entertain themselves and develop curiosity, resilience and individuality. It’s also about providing a nurturing, warm and committed team that has the right attitude to communication and understands that the transition to childcare can often be quite scary – and not just for little ones! So, if you are passionate about caring for children and after an inspiring and rewarding career in childcare, we’d love to hear from you!
